What we look at before fitment
Performance work is only offered where exact vehicle applicability and the supporting requirements can be established — more power without matching braking, cooling and driveline capacity is not an upgrade.
Air and exhaust
Snorkels and exhaust systems are matched to the vehicle, with attention to sealing, clearance and heat around existing equipment.
Braking capacity
Heavier, higher and more powerful vehicles need braking to match. Big-brake and braided-line upgrades are considered alongside any power increase.
Driveline support
Clutch, gearing and breather kits are reviewed where power, tyre size or towing load changes what the driveline sees.
Mapping and tuning
ECU work is only done where a proven map exists for the exact vehicle, and the supporting hardware is in place first.
Warranty and use
We are explicit about what a modification can affect, so the decision is made with the facts in front of you.

FAQs
Will a remap void my warranty?
It can affect a manufacturer warranty. We tell you that up front rather than after the fact, and we will discuss options if the vehicle is still under warranty.
Do I need bigger brakes?
If the vehicle is heavier, taller, on larger tyres or towing regularly, braking is usually the first upgrade worth doing — before more power.
Is a snorkel only for water crossings?
No. Most of the benefit in South African conditions is cleaner, cooler air away from dust at ground level.
Can you tune any vehicle?
No. We only offer mapping where a proven, vehicle-specific solution exists and the supporting hardware and condition of the vehicle allow it.
How long does a performance upgrade take?
Workshop time depends on the vehicle, the exact products and whether supporting parts are required. We confirm the booking length in writing with the quote before the vehicle comes in.
